American Airlines is set to expand its flights to the Caribbean this summer from its hub at the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport in Texas.
From June 8, the airline will operate two flights on Saturdays to Grand Cayman, Providenciales and St Thomas from DFW.
American Airlines will use its Boeing 737, which has a capacity for 172 passengers, on the Providenciales and Grand Cayman routes.
An Airbus 319 will be utilised to ferry passengers to St Thomas.
That aircraft has 128 seats across three classes.
