The Police have charged Jaheem James of Upper Market Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts, for the offence of Cohabiting with a Female Under Sixteen (16) years of Age.
The offencewas committed on December 13th,2023, at Upper Market Street.
Mr James was chargedon December 15th, 2023, at the Basseterre Police Station.
