The Nevis Football Association Challenge Cup commenced at the Nevis Athletic Stadium on the evening of Wednesday 27th September.
The first game of the league, saw The Don’t Rush Dominica team, coming up against Brown Hill.
The Dominica team is made up of Dominica nationals, except for goalkeeper Gassano Barry.
Barry had a tough night in goal, as the Brown Hill men dominated the game from start to finish.
At half time, the score was 3 goals to nil, in favour of the Bronx men and then in the second half of the game, they put in three more goals.
It could have been worse, but a few dynamic saves by Barry helped to keep the numbers down.
