A new initiative on the final day of the recently concluded Bath United Football Club’s summer camp was the hosting of a series of matches between the over forty-four participants.
Four teams were selected and given names of top ranking football countries: Brazil; Argentina; Germany and France.
The matches were very competitive and the players generally exhibited the skills learnt at the camp, in their defensive and offensive efforts.
Coach Alex Claxton must have also looked closely at some excellent saves in goal, as he looks to the future development of the club.
Team Brazil was the overall winner and the players are confident that indeed Brazil will win the next world cup.
