Football : CONCACAF Caribbean Club Championship Kicks Off Today

Today Thursday 3rd August will see the commencement of the 2023 CONCACAF Caribbean club championship, being played in St.Kitts.

Matches will be played at the SKNFA Technical Center in St. Peters and the Warner Park Football Stadium in Basseterre.

The SKNFA Premier League defending champions, SL Horsfords St. Paul’s United, will be representing the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

St. Paul’s will face off with METROPOLITAN out of Puerto Rico, at the SKNFA Technical Center, tonight at 7.45 pm.

Prior to that match. JUNIOR STARS from St. Maarten will engage JONG HOLLAND from Curacao at 5 pm, at Warner Park and SOUTH EAST FC from Dominica will tangle with SCHOLARS INTERNATIONAL from the Cayman Islands.

Other top club teams in the competition come from Martinique, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, French Guyana, Surinam, Trinidad & Tobago, Guadeloupe and Turks and Caicos islands.

The finals will be played on Sunday 13th August.

Patrons will pay $20.00 for each game day and witness any or all of the matches on that day, using their ticket.
