India’s debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal made the best of his opportunity by scoring an unbeaten century on day two of the ongoing test match versus the West Indies, being played in Dominica.

Jaiswal joined his captain Rohit Sharma in an outstanding opening partnership of 229 runs.

Despite losing Shubman Gill quickly, Virat Kholi joined the party and the pair batted to the close, with India leading by 162 runs, on 312 for 2.

Windies debutant Alick Athanaze was a part of the two wickets to fall. He first got rid of Sharma and then took a smart catch to dismiss Gill, off the bowling of Warrican.
