Terron’s Big Assignment Postponed
Charlestown, Nevis – Multiple times crowned junior Calypso King on Nevis, Terron INVINCIBLE Webbe, has expressed disappointment that his scheduled big engagement, all set for April 10th 2020, has been postponed.
The youthful Calypso King is involved in a historic first, as he was set to be a guest performer at the opening ceremony of the 49th edition of the CARIFTA Games, scheduled to be held at the Bermuda National Sports Center, in Bermuda.
The young entertainer, was all pumped up and ready for the engagement, after receiving the official invitation from the Bermuda Carifta committee, but recently received word that the event has been postponed, due to the corona pandemic that is creating health problems worldwide.
INVINCIBLE, who was actually born in Bermuda but moved to Nevis when he was only months old, is eagerly awaiting the new date, as he would indeed create history, by being the first junior Calypsonian to perform in Bermuda.
The meet is expected to attract over 600 athletes from approximately 27 participating countries and the advice from the organizers is for the various countries to monitor the fitness level of the athletes in the interim.
From all reports, the youthful calypsonian will be ready whenever the bell rings.
