The high riding All-stars cricket team, made it two wins from two matches, when they easily rolled over the Highlights team, on Saturday 5th October, at the ET Willet Park.
This as action in the Sports Department/Development Bank tape ball cricket tournament continued.
The All-stars team won the toss and were off to a sluggish start but Akito Willet soon upped the tempo and along with older brother and captain, Tonito, aided in no small measure by a busy little knock, at the back end of the innings, by Carlon Tuckett, they got the total to 115.
The crowd sat back to watch a competitive response, but the Highlights team, already fielding only 9 men, lost wickets rapidly and wilted to be all out for a mere 28 runs.
The All-stars team fielded four Willets: Brothers Tonito and Akito and sister Saneldo, along with Akadianto Willet, the son of Tonito. Among the spectators was the legendary Elquemedo Willet.
