Mel B left ‘deeply saddened’ by death of her 107-year-old great-grandmother

Mel B has been left ‘deeply saddened’ by the death of her great-grandmother. The Spice Girls star took to Instagram to share a picture of her 107-year-old great-grandma and revealed she and her sister Danielle Brown were considering flying to Nevis to pay their respects. ‘Deeply saddened by the passing of my great-grandma in the early hours of this morning,’ shared Mel alongside a picture of her family. ‘She was 107 and what a woman she was, I feel the need to fly right now to Nevis to pay my respects @missdaniellebrown let’s go.’ Danielle, whom Mel was estranged from for many years, replied in a comment: ‘I’m looking for flights right now.’ In the picture, Mel’s great-grandma wore a pink dress and silk headscarf; Nevis is a small island in the Caribbean Sea.
