Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 17, 2018 (RSCNPF): Below is a report of arrests, convictions and other activities recorded by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force for the period April 10-13, 2018.
ARRESTS AND BAIL:
Arrested: Ishmael James of Mansion Village was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the offence of Larceny which was committed on April 10, 2018 at Rams Supermarket.
Arrested/Bailed: Clarence Warner of Ponds Estate was arrested, formally charged and cautioned for the following offences: Driving Without a Valid and Unexpired Driver’s License; Driving Without Insurance; and Driving an Unlicensed Vehicle. He was granted bail in the sum of $8,000 for his appearance at the Basseterre Magistrate Court on May 10, 2018.
Bailed: Nasio Jeffers of Cotton Ground, who was arrested for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, was granted bail in the sum of $3,000 for his appearance at the Charlestown Magistrate Court on Tuesday 17, April 2018.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Abandoned Properties Searched: Police continued to execute searches on properties. Most recently they were done in the areas of Upper Thibou Avenue and Cleverly Hill.
Search Warrants Executed: Police executed several search warrants during the period of this report. Warrants were executed on properties in the following areas: Sandy Point and Pitcairn Street.
