The Gingerland Preschool, held its annual Sports meet on Friday 9th March.
The event was held under the esteemed patronage of Miss Lauren Weekes and was held at the Hard Times Playing field.
An impressive march past was the first order of business and then the little athletes got on the track to entertain the fair sized crowd, which consisted of a lot of tiny tots from some of the other preschools, from across the island.
They competed in the flat races; dress up races; thread the roll races; fill the bottle races and many more.
At the end of the day, the final scores were as follows:
Blue house-214 points-champions
Red house-171 points
Yellow house 149 points
