50 Cent calls St. Kitts performance a ‘Success’
BASSETERRE (28TH June, 2016) – Management for 50 Cent told CNN that the rapper’s performance at the St. Kitts Music Festival was a success.
The 20th anniversary of the St. Kitts Music Festival was a stand-out hit, as crowds in record numbers came to the three-day event to see the stellar line-up that was created for the historic occasion.
Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson closed out the event in a spectacular fashion. From his first few notes, he ignited the crowd’s passions with his energy as he performed a wide-range of his chart-topping hits, and brought the evening to a sizzling grand finale.
In a statement released to CNN on Monday, the management of the international superstar said “the show was a great success,” and that next time the rapper will come even better prepared to give an even more thrilling performance at the St. Kitts Music Festival.
50 Cent made a comment on his page yesterday in response to fan who apologized to him for any inconvenience he may have had in St. Kitts.
“@jayce10k don’t apologize, because the show was great. The people showed me nothing but love. It’s just the laws out there smh,” 50 Cent said on his Faceboook fan page.
The 20th Edition of the St. Kitts Music Festival featured a wide range of music, which included performances from soca icons, The Original Burning Flames and KES The Band. Also, the very best in reggae music from Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, Tarrus Riley and ‘The First Family of Reggae Music” Morgan Heritage. The legendary O’Jays, as well as relative newcomers yet rising stars such as R. City, gave commanding performances that fully engaged the fans.
